NHS Grampian is seeking a Domestic & Support Services Manager to lead teams across various locations in Aberdeen. The role requires strong management skills, experience in domestic services, excellent communication, and the ability to drive improvements. The successful candidate will ensure service provision consistency and engage in effective change management during practice shifts.
Band 7 (£48,788 - £56,747) per annum pro rata
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic individual with experience in staff management, excellent organisational, communication, and change management skills, and confidence in presenting to groups.
Previous experience in domestic services is essential.
Working in a challenging and changing environment across a wide geographical area, you will lead a team working in multiple sites, ensuring consistency in service provision. Experience in improvement work would be desirable.
The post holder will work autonomously, providing accurate reporting on trends and key areas for improvement with a solution-focused attitude.
A proven track record of effective communication during practice changes, along with strong staff management skills, will be evident for the successful candidate.
