Bank Porter
Applications welcomed for Bank Porter (Band 2) position.
Shifts cover Monday to Sunday. Must be available to work shifts especially during week days and possibly night shifts. Flexibility and reliability are necessary as this is a reactive service and you may be called at short notice for shifts.
To apply for this post, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Have a full manual UK driving license. Must be flexible and be able to work in other areas in NHSG. Basic numeracy skills and good communication skills. Must have the ability to use Microsoft emails and teams. Have a reasonable level of fitness as this can be a physically demanding role at times with a lot of walking involved. Be able to work as part of a team and when competent be able to work alone.
In addition to the competencies and qualifications noted above, we are looking for applicants who can demonstrate evidence to support our organisational ‘values and behaviours’ which are;Applicants should be able to show enthusiasm for continuous learning and development, a professional attitude and a passion for working within the wider healthcare care team
