Job summary

Tilda operates a production warehouse at the Classic site, handling receipt, storage and dispatch of packaging materials with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. The role involves collaborating with supervisors and line operators to hit daily targets and ensure safe, organised stock management.

Candidates should have at least two years’ Reach truck experience, strong time management and teamwork, and be flexible to cover despatch and other production areas.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience operating a Reach truck.
• Attention to detail, good time management, teamwork and the ability to work under pressure.
• Flexibility to cover different areas of production including despatch.
• Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and store incoming stock / packaging with accuracy.
• Work with supervisors and line operators to meet daily targets.
• Carry out regular racking inspections.
• Collaborate with safety team on workplace transport.

Overall purpose of job:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our production team at Tilda Classic site. In this role, you will be responsible for various warehouse duties, including receiving, storing, and dispatching packaging, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all production areas.

Key areas of responsibility:

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming stock / Packaging with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Work collaboratively with the supervisors & line operators to meet daily operational targets.
• Carry out regular racking inspections
• Be involved with the safety team on workplace transport

Person Specification and experience:

• Advance Computer Skills (Microsoft package: Word, Excel, Power point)
• Knowledge of software JDE EDWARDS Enterprise (not mandatory – training will be provided)
• To have at least two years’ experience operating a Reach truck.
• Attention to detail, good time management, teamwork and the ability to work under pressure
• Flexibility to cover different areas of production including despatch.
