Qualifications

• Pursuing a master's or bachelor's in a quantitative/ STEM field and would graduate by August 2028.
• Strong programming skills in C++, C, or Rust with some Python experience.
• Analytical mindset and comfort handling data with common libraries.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to low-latency trading system development in C++.
• Collaborate with trading strategy and development teams on projects.
• Learn market structure and Susquehanna's approach to trading.
