Job summary

Susquehanna is offering a 10-week quantitative strategy development internship between our Dublin and London offices for Class of 2028 students. You will work on challenging projects in signal creation, quantitative analysis, and low-latency C++ strategy development.

You will gain education on financial markets, collaborate with senior developers, and refine your data analysis and programming skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Class of 2028: pursuing a master's or bachelor's in a quantitative/STEM field and planning to graduate by Aug 2028.
• Clear communicator with the ability to share ideas and listen to others.
• Ambitious and motivated to achieve personal goals across academics, sports, or other interests.
• Technically proficient with Python and a compiled language; comfortable working with data.
• Strong problem-solving skills using numbers and data.

Responsibilities

• participate in market education and training covering topics like Options Pricing, ML, data analysis techniques, and game theory.
• Work on projects for trading-strategy development teams in areas such as signal creation/detection, quantitative strategy analysis, and low-latency C++ development.
