Qualifications

• Excellent OO knowledge in C++/Java/C# and a numerate degree are expected.
• Degree (or relevant qualification) in CS or numerate subject.
• Desire and ability to learn about financial markets.
• Commercial awareness and business context prioritisation.
• Strong team-oriented attitude with collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Work with traders to implement new ideas and enhance in-house trading apps.
• Develop core trading tools in London and improve current system performance.
• Find new techniques to optimize trading algorithms and systems.
• Maintain scalability in business-facing role with traders.
