Oxford Knight is recruiting a C++ Software Engineer for its London-based Research & Development team. The role focuses on high-performance software, hardware/software co-design, and real-time trading systems.

You will move ideas from research into production, working closely with researchers, traders and infra teams to directly impact trading performance. The position requires strong C/C++ skills, experience with low-level systems and APIs, and a solid foundation in algorithms.

Qualifications

• Strong C/C++ engineering with modern C++
• Experience building high-performance, low-level systems and clean APIs
• HPC infrastructure / distributed systems / high-performance storage background highly sought-after
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
