Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial Java development experience.
• Experience with Java 17 - 21.
• A background in financial services — specifically developing trading software in a front-office, proprietary trading, or algorithmic environment
• Experience working with real-time market data in low-latency or algo-driven systems

Responsibilities

• Designing and building components for the core trading engine, used live by front-office and quant research teams
• Taking full ownership of projects across the development lifecycle — several high-visibility workstreams are starting immediately
• Identifying and delivering performance improvements to core trading products
• Working in a low-latency, real-time environment where throughput and reliability are not negotiable
