Job Description

As a C++ Contractor at [DI], you will focus on developing Front Office Trading software, primarily working within the market data development teams. You will gain exposure to the full software stack, using modern development tools and concepts to deliver high-quality, best-practice software solutions. This involves working on the end-to-end development of low-latency software components written in C++. Responsibilities include design, architecture, and development of greenfield projects, as well as maintenance, latency tuning, and enhancements. You will have the opportunity to lead projects, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the team's development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience developing low-latency trading systems using C++11 or above
• Experience with order entry protocols and market data
• Proven experience writing performance-sensitive, multithreaded applications, and profiling
• C++14 is advantageous but not essential
• Ability to provide comprehensive examples of previous experience
