Job summary

Swissport Inverness is seeking a Lounge Services Agent to provide warm hospitality at our Aspire Executive Lounge. In this full-time role you will welcome guests, manage check-in, and ensure a relaxing start to their journey.

You will work across reception, food and beverage, and general host duties, delivering attentive service on a 4 on 4 off roster pattern. The role offers professional development and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service with high levels of guest interaction.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Good numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Computer literacy including payment systems and MS Office.
• Team player with ability to work independently when needed.
• Willing to work flexible shifts (early mornings to late evenings).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and manage check-in.
• Serve food and beverages and maintain clean service areas.
• Respond to guest questions and provide high levels of service.
• Assist with stock, resetting tables, and supporting lounge operations.
