Job summary

Swissport Inverness is seeking a Lounge Services Agent to welcome guests, manage check-in, and support food and beverage service in a fast-paced lounge environment. You will contribute to a smooth guest experience with attention to detail and a strong customer focus.

The role requires excellent communication, teamwork, and flexibility to cover shifts across a 4 on 4 off pattern. Previous hospitality experience is preferred. Full-time, on-site role in Inverness with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Background in hospitality or customer services with high levels of customer interaction.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Good numerical skills with a keen eye for attention to detail.
• Computer literate, including using payment machines and Microsoft office.
• Ability to work as part of a team or be self-motivated to complete tasks.
• Ability to follow processes and procedures and to apply flexibility when required.
• Additional languages desirable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide a warm, friendly check-in experience.
• Answer questions and direct guests to lounge areas.
• Manage lounge capacity during peak times to maximise throughput.
• Bid farewell to guests and encourage return visits.
• Serve food and beverages; keep self-service and bar areas clean and well presented.
• Assist with stock delivery, rotation, and hygiene maintenance.
• Clear and clean tables and respond to guest questions with high service levels.
