Job Title: Head Bartender

As Head Bartender, you will assist the bar management team in ensuring the smooth operational running of the bar service to deliver an excellent and memorable experience for our guests.

• Oversee the smooth operational running of the bar service alongside the management team.
• Induct, train, and develop your team using internal and external training resources.
• Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages for guests.
• Create innovative seasonal and promotional cocktails in line with Nobu Hotel London Portman Standards.
• Provide genuine, attentive, and friendly service to reflect Nobu standards.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the bar menu, including beer, wine, sake, and cocktails.
• Make empowered decisions to enhance guest experience or resolve complaints.
• Represent Nobu as an ambassador, embodying our values and commitment to the team.
