We’re now looking for a passionate and talented Head Bartender to lead the bar at The Orange, our charming pub and dining room nestled in the heart of Belgravia. With its rustic elegance, airy dining space, and neighbourhood feel, The Orange is a much-loved favourite with locals and visitors alike – and the bar is at the heart of the experience.

The Role

As Head Bartender, you'll bring energy, expertise, and a love of service to this key front-of-house role. From cocktails and craft beers to local gins and exceptional wines, you'll set the tone behind the bar – ensuring every drink and every guest interaction hits the mark.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and inspiring a close-knit bar team

• Crafting cocktails and championing our drinks list

• Providing confident, engaging, and warm customer service

• Ensuring seamless service, stock control, cleanliness, and compliance

• Supporting the management team with training and mentoring

• Helping create a relaxed but vibrant bar atmosphere – day and night

What You’ll Need

• Experience as a senior bartender or head bartender in a premium venue

• Solid cocktail knowledge and a creative flair for drinks

• A calm, confident, and friendly presence on the floor

• Pride in presentation, standards, and efficiency

• Team spirit and a desire to grow with a respected hospitality group
