UNIQLO Kingston is seeking a dedicated Full Time Loss Prevention Associate to join our Loss Prevention Team. You will help safeguard people and assets, train staff, and support the LP Manager in daily safety operations.

The role requires a flexible schedule (nights and weekends), 37.5 hours per week, and a starting pay of £15.85 per hour. A proactive, collaborative mindset is essential to succeed in this busy retail environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Train store employees on LP and safety policy and procedure and ensure compliance.
• Detect and capture shoplifters according to company protocol.
• Prepare incident, accident and investigation reports per guidelines.
• Assist management in investigations of policy violations.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding investigations and outcomes.
• Support special projects/events as assigned.
• Aid store operations in day-to-day running.
• Ensure inventory accuracy.

We are looking for a Full Time Loss Prevention Associate to join our UNIQLO Loss Prevention Team at UNIQLO Kingston.

Responsible for all initiatives and daily tasks associated with Loss Prevention and safety management directed by the Loss Prevention Manager to ensure the safety and well-being of all employees and company assets.

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full Time 37.5 hours (5/7 days a week)

Flexibility: Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends

Salary: £15.85 p/h starting rate

Key Responsibilities:

Essential requirements:

• Basic knowledge of computer applications; i.e.: Excel, Word, Power Point

• Work collaboratively as part of a high performing team

• Exceptional organisational, communication and time management skills

• Desire to challenge yourself and constantly grow and develop

• Able to work effectively under pressure
