UNIQLO Battersea is seeking a dedicated Loss Prevention Associate to join our Loss Prevention Team. This full-time role (37.5 hours across 5/7 days) requires flexibility to include nights and weekends, with a starting salary of £15.85 per hour.

You will support LP and safety initiatives, protect assets, and work under the Loss Prevention Manager to safeguard colleagues and stores. Promotion opportunities are available every 3 months, with competitive compensation and a structured training plan.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of computer applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Train store employees on LP and safety policy and procedure and ensure compliance.
• Detect and capture shoplifters according to company protocol.
• Prepare incident, accident and investigation reports per guidelines.
• Assist management in investigating employee policy and procedure violations.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding investigations and outcomes.
• Undertake special projects/events as assigned.
• Support store with day-to-day running.
• Ensure inventory accuracy.

We are looking for a Full Time Loss Prevention Associate to join our UNIQLO Loss Prevention Team at UNIQLO Battersea.

Responsible for all initiatives and daily tasks associated with Loss Prevention and safety management directed by the Loss Prevention Manager to ensure the safety and well-being of all employees and company assets.

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full Time 37.5 hours (5/7 days a week)

Flexibility: Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends

Salary: £15.85 p/h starting rate
