Job summary

UNIQLO Manchester is seeking a Full Time Loss Prevention Associate to lead safety initiatives and protect people and assets across the store.

You will train store staff on loss prevention policies and procedures, detect shoplifters, prepare incident and investigation reports, and support daily store operations while maintaining confidentiality and teamwork. Flexibility to work nights and weekends is required.

This permanent role is 37.5 hours per week with a starting rate of £14.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of computer applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a high-performing team.
• Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills.
• Desire to challenge yourself and develop professionally.
• Comfortable talking to customers and employees, under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Train store employees on LP and safety policy and procedure.
• Detect and capture shoplifters according to company protocol.
• Prepare incident, accident and investigation reports.
• Assist management in investigations of policy and procedure violations.
• Maintain confidentiality of investigations and outcomes.
• Support day-to-day store operations and inventory accuracy.

We are looking for a Full Time Loss Prevention Associate to join our UNIQLO Loss Prevention Team at UNIQLO Manchester.

Responsible for all initiatives and daily tasks associated with Loss Prevention and safety management directed by the Loss Prevention Manager to ensure the safety and well-being of all employees and company assets.

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full Time 37.5 hours (5/7 days a week)

Flexibility: Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends

Salary: £14.50 p/h starting rate

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure complete confidentiality with regards to current and past investigations and outcomes.
• Special projects/events as assigned.
• Supporting store with day to day running
• Ensuring inventory accuracy

Essential requirements:

• Basic knowledge of computer applications; i.e.: Excel, Word, Power Point
