Get A Drip is a leading UK longevity and preventative health provider offering IV therapies, diagnostics, and a digital platform. As Longevity Coordinator you will guide patients from first contact to treatment, combining care with product knowledge and ethical sales to support access to treatments, memberships and packages.

You will drive a personalised service, ensuring a positive patient experience while contributing to retention and growth in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

Founded in 2017, we offer IV therapy, advanced blood testing, weight management (including GLP-1 support) and a fast-growing telemedicine service, all built around a simple principle: test, treat, retest.

About the role

As a Longevity Coordinator, you will be the face of the patient experience at Get A Drip. This is a hands-on, patient-facing role where you will guide people through their longevity journey, from first contact through to treatment and beyond.

You will combine exceptional patient care with product knowledge and ethical sales, helping patients access the right treatments, products and membership packages while driving retention through genuinely personalised service. What you’ll be doing

• Welcoming patients, ensuring a smooth patient journey and consultation process

• Promote diagnostics, treatment packages, add-ons and membership options
• Manage day-to-day clinic operations including bookings, payments, opening and closing and stock management
• Work towards individual and group KPIs

Requirements

What We Offer

• Competitive salary:£16,224increasing to £16,824 after satisfactory completion of 6 months service with a realistic OTE of £18,574 (uncapped).
• Monthly sales commission based on clinic performance and client feedback.
• Shared Tip Pool.
• Get A Drip Staff training credit to spend on drips and boosters, up to the value of £2,760 per annum.
• 22 days per annum, which rises by one additional day per full completed year of service up to a maximum of 30 days, plus 8 bank holiday days which are added to your leave entitlement which can be taken throughout the year at your request (as clinics remain open on bank holidays with the exception of Christmas day).
