About the role
You run the clinic: the team, the day, the numbers and the standard. This is a launch role in a brand-new flagship clinic. You will help hire and train the founding team, build the operating rhythm from day one, and own the premium member experience and KPIs the site lives by.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead and inspire the team to always deliver an exceptionable and memorable 5-star experience with every member.
- Lead scheduling and develop the full clinic team to ensure they embody your own high standards of member experience and operations. Owning the member experience end to end, including service recovery when something goes wrong.
- Own site P&L inputs and the three KPIs: Utilisation, Conversion and Rebooking.
- Run the clinic to CQC standards: audits, incident reporting, complaints, health and safety, safeguarding.
- Own equipment uptime: QA schedules, backup kit deployment, supplier escalation, ensuring no appointment time is lost.
- Coach and motivate team to achieve KPI’s.
- Recruit, onboard and train new starters as the site scales.
Requirements
- Proven management experience in high end, luxury retail, private healthcare, concierge or wellness, adept at consistently delivering a 5star experience.
- Experience leading mixed clinical and non-clinical teams on a 7-day rota.
- Direct P&L or KPI accountability.
- Track record of delivering KPI’s and operational procedures.
- Adaptable and resilient with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Commercially sharp and comfortable being measured on conversion and rebooking, run compliantly.
- New site opening or launch experience.
- CQC-registered service experience.
- Knowledge and passion for preventative health and wellness.
- Familiarity with clinic management platforms and modern booking systems.

- 22 days per annum, which rises by one additional day per full completed year of service up to a maximum of 30 days, plus 8 bank holiday days which are added to your leave entitlement which can be taken throughout the year at your request (as clinics remain open on bank holidays with the exception of Christmas day).
