Position: Primary Teaching Assistant
Location: Crawley
Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time
Contract Type: Long-term, Day-to-Day Supply, Term-Time Only
About the Role:
Randstad Education is seeking enthusiastic and committed Primary Teaching Assistants to support schools across Crawley. In this role, you will work closely with teachers to create a positive and engaging learning environment, helping children develop academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist teachers in delivering interactive and effective lessons.
* Provide one-on-one and small group support to students requiring additional help.

* Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) as required.

Requirements:
