Job summary

The Oyster Partnership is seeking a locum housing litigation solicitor for a long-term 12-month contract in the United Kingdom. The role offers hybrid working and £55-£60 per hour, depending on experience and office attendance.

You will manage a full housing litigation caseload, handle possession proceedings, rent arrears, disrepair and injunction matters, with regular court attendance and advocacy.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive required.
• Recent local authority housing litigation experience preferred.
• Strong advocacy skills with the ability to attend court.
• Able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
• Experience handling disrepair, ASB, possession and injunction matters.
