Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment in London is hiring a Workplace Coordinator to support the delivery of amenities and soft services for the London office. You will collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and cross-functional partners to create, maintain and improve a best-in-class workplace.

The role focuses on events, catering, space booking, and end-user engagement, with responsibilities spanning calendar management, rosters, and our snack and lounge programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in workplace programs (food, events, service delivery).
• Experience coordinating contractors and monitoring delivery to standards.
• Strong organisation, problem-solving, and time management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day delivery of soft services for the London office.
• Work with vendors and internal teams to execute programs.
• Support event planning and logistics (catering, space, A/V, signage).
• Maintain event calendar and track participation and feedback.
• Oversee end-user engagement via ticketing and requests.
• Assist with employee amenities and lounge areas; monitor standards.
• Manage London Apartment booking process including cleaning and access.
• Coordinate workload of Facilities Assistants and manage rota.
