Job summary

Vincere seeks an entrepreneurial Tax Partner or Senior Director to establish and lead its flagship London Tax Law practice, reporting directly to the C-Suite and supported by a marketing function. You will advise corporate entities, high-net-worth individuals, and trustees while building a scalable practice with cross-referral support.

Applicants should have a portable client following or substantial network, 8+ PQE, and qualifications as a Solicitor (England & Wales) or CTA.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) or CTA/Chartered Tax Adviser with 8+ years' PQE in corporate, commercial, or private client tax law.
• Proven track record of business development and an established client network or portable following.
• Broad technical depth across corporate tax structuring, personal tax planning, IHT, SDLT, VAT, and disputes.

Responsibilities

• Take lead responsibility for establishing and heading the firm's London Tax Law practice.
• Deliver sophisticated direct and indirect tax advice to corporate entities, high-net-worth individuals, trustees.
• Support cross-departmental collaboration across property, corporate, and private client teams on tax matters.
