Job summary

Netflix Studios UK Limited in London is seeking an Associate for our EMEA Studio Strategy team to support strategic initiatives across Production, Finance and Content. You will build analytical frameworks, present insights to senior leaders, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve operations and workflows.

Candidates should have 6+ years in strategy/consulting with strong Excel/PowerPoint, and a passion for media and entertainment.

Qualifications

6 years of relevant experience in strategy/consulting or related analytical roles.
Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex analysis to executives.
Experience in media/entertainment/tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop analytical frameworks and carry out quantitative and qualitative analysis to generate insights for Studio leaders.
Build understanding of industry trends, competitive threats and opportunities and share market intelligence internally.
Evaluate key business drivers, support metric and dashboard development and provide reporting on operational performance.
Regularly create and deliver insightful presentations that summarise analyses for stakeholders.
Partner with stakeholders to streamline operations and workflows across the Studio and production lifecycles.
Undertake special projects for Studio leadership and other senior business leaders as needed.
Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams across Production, Content, Labour, Data Science, Legal and Risk.
