Job description

We're looking for a team of experienced Baristas to join our London Retail Store.

Reporting to: Store Manager

£15 per hour + monthly bonus up to 10%

Full-time and part-time roles available. Weekend and evening availability essential.

What you’ll be doing:

1. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through thoughtful, personal, and effective service.
2. Serve every cup of coffee with perfection in milk texture, temperature, and latte art presentation.
3. Achieve store sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
4. Nurture and develop VIC relationships and conduct elevated, personal shopping appointments.
5. Support the delivery and execution of store events, from 1-1 appointments to large-scale community events.
6. Contribute to the improvement of front and back of house spaces through attention to detail, process compliance, and proactive improvement.
7. Utilize store systems, including point of sale and stockroom management.

Who You Are:

• You have experience in a customer-facing environment and thrive in team settings, creating memorable experiences and making people feel at home.
• You possess specialty coffee experience, including dialling-in, espresso taste profiling, and knowledge of the coffee flavor wheel. Experience with ModBar, La Marzocco espresso machines, or similar is preferred.
• You aim to support and elevate your team, enabling high performance.
• You have a keen eye for quality and attention to detail.
