Job summary

Nokwol is seeking a Senior Creative Content Creator to set the tone and drive the creative direction across our luxury footwear brand. You’ll stay hands-on, shooting, filming and producing content alongside the team in London, rather than directing from the sidelines.

In a small, close-knit team, you’ll keep everyone aligned to a single brief, stay on top of trends, and move at pace. The role requires a strong eye for photography/video, proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, and

Qualifications

Candidates must be hands-on with content creation and able to lead a small team.
Proficiency in photography and videography using iPhone and digital camera.
Strong knowledge of Canva, social media platforms, and content trends.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Set the creative tone and direction for Nokwol content across all channels.
Produce photography and videography content hands-on, using iPhone and digital camera.
Keep the team aligned to one brief with a timely, well-organised schedule.
Stay ahead of social media trends and understand platform algorithms.
Collaborate with the design team and Bronte to shape the brand’s creative language.
Generate fresh ideas and champion a strong creative point of view.
Direct and mentor the Junior Content Creator and Junior Graphic Designer daily.
Juggle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality.
