Job summary

Hearst UK is seeking a Creative Director for HearstMade to lead bold visual content across shoots, design, art direction and video. You will set the creative vision, oversee cross-disciplinary teams and drive high-quality output aligned with brands and client briefs.

You will mentor talent, champion innovation, and build a collaborative culture while exploring new revenue opportunities in a London-based in-office role.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in design, art direction and creative direction, with a strong portfolio.
• Experience guiding multidisciplinary teams across shoots, design and video.
• Track record of transforming briefs into bold, commercially effective creative.

Responsibilities

• Define and uphold creative vision across stills, video and design output.
• Oversee end-to-end production from concept to final delivery.
• Collaborate with strategy to translate briefs into creative proposals.
