Job summary

Its Building People is seeking a Multi-Skilled Warehouse & Transport Operative in the Southampton area. The role covers planning daily deliveries, routing, and occasional driving of company vehicles, with emphasis on efficient logistics and accurate records.

Ideal candidates will have driving/transport planning experience, London route knowledge, and warehouse skills including goods in and order picking. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Previous driving and transport planning experience.
• Good geographical knowledge of London routes preferred.
• Warehouse experience including goods in and order picking.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Flexible attitude and willingness to help across departments.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Planning and routing daily deliveries.
• Driving company vehicles when required.
• Coordinating transport schedules and customer deliveries.
• Assisting with goods in and stock control.
• Picking and packing orders during quieter periods.
• Supporting the warehouse team as required.
• Maintaining accurate delivery and transport records.
