Job summary

Restaurant Associates UK is seeking a confident Hospitality Supervisor to join our London operations. You’ll help oversee day-to-day restaurant service and workplace hospitality, lead from the front, and support your team during busy periods to ensure guests enjoy a warm, professional experience.

This hands-on role requires supervising the front-of-house team, coordinating daily services, maintaining high standards, and promoting safety and hygiene procedures across shifts.

Working closely with the management team, you’ll help oversee the day-to-day delivery of restaurant service and workplace hospitality, you’ll lead from the front, support your team during busy periods and ensure every guest receives a warm, professional and memorable experience. This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are quite the same. You’ll help create a positive working environment, maintain excellent standards and make sure the operation runs smoothly from setup through to the end of service.
