Macdonald & Company in London is seeking an experienced Property Manager to take responsibility for a varied portfolio of property assets across the city, including commercial, office, retail and residential holdings. The role combines hands-on property management with lease administration, landlord and tenant matters, and financial oversight to support asset performance and value creation.

You will visit sites, coordinate lettings and renewals, monitor budgets, and build strong relationships

Qualifications

• Experience managing property or estates within a complex environment.
• Knowledge of lease management, service charges, and property-related finances.
• Experience evaluating commercial opportunities and rent/lease reviews.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage a diverse portfolio, conduct site visits and meetings with stakeholders.
• Coordinate lettings, renewals, terminations, licences, and landlord/tenant matters.
• Support acquisitions and disposals, including valuations, marketing and negotiations.
• Manage service charges, rent demands, arrears, and liaise with finance and external agents.
• Monitor budgets, maintain asset and tenancy records, and support income and expenditure planning.
• Build relationships with tenants, landlords, legal advisers, consultants and local authorities.
• Support compliance, sustainability initiatives and continuous improvements in property management.
