Job summary

Owen Daniels is seeking a Project Sales & Delivery Manager in London to lead a hybrid role spanning sales, project management and client delivery. You will drive revenue through opportunity management while ensuring complex projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, excellent stakeholder management, and experience managing multi-disciplinary teams in construction-related environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, project management or customer delivery.
• Background in construction or construction-related industries.
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify sales opportunities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational, planning and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience using project management processes and CRM systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Leading or mentoring a sales team would be advantageous, PRINCE2 or similar qualification.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of sales opportunities and convert leads into revenue.
• Lead, support and develop a team of Project Sales Managers.
• Oversee complex customer projects from enquiry through to completion.
• Develop project plans, milestones, budgets, risks and timelines.
• Coordinate customers, suppliers, franchisees and internal teams.
• Identify opportunities for additional sales and business growth.
• Monitor sales pipelines, conversion rates and commercial performance.
• Manage customer expectations and resolve project issues.
• Provide accurate forecasting, reporting and updates.
• Drive continuous improvement and share best practice.
