Job summary

CineArk is seeking an Account Manager to join our busy London production support team. You will own the full account lifecycle, acting as the primary contact for clients including Production Managers and Producers, while coordinating quotes, logistics and bookings across multiple productions in the UK.

The role demands excellent communication, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure within a fast-paced, admin-heavy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience working within a production office, broadcast or production company.
• 3+ years' experience in film, television, broadcast, or live events production.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with client-facing experience.
• Ability to manage multiple productions and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Taking full ownership of account management from initiation to closure.
• Managing production accounts as the main day-to-day contact for clients.
• Developing and maintaining good customer and crew relationships.
• Creating and managing customer quotes using kit lists and schedules.
• Coordinating with internal teams to handle support requests and logistics.
