Ernest and Florent is seeking a Project Manager for prime residential refurbishments in London. You will manage high-end refurbishments with £2M+ budgets, supervise a site manager, and work closely with a director and a capable team to deliver projects on time.

The role combines site-based focus with some office work, offering a practical path for growth within a growing main contractor with a strong pipeline into 2026/27. SW London or Surrey base, with a collaborative environment.

• Experience managing complex refurbishments with high-end finishes
• Strong people management and coordinating site teams
