You will shape a standardised global operating model, lead diverse projects, and drive governance improvements across regions. Partner with senior leaders to deliver value and ensure project momentum in a fast-paced travel tech environment.

The role demands navigating ambiguity, managing risks, and championing change while maintaining clear communication across stakeholders and teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing projects from initiation to delivery.
• Experience delivering technology, business transformation, or operational change projects.
• Able to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced settings.
• Strong stakeholder management across diverse teams and functions.
• Experience introducing governance or process improvements in evolving environments.
• PMO governance exposure and project delivery framework familiarity.
• PRINCE2, PMP, Agile certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects from initiation through successful delivery.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across functions, brands, and geographies.
• Support PMO governance, standards, and delivery best practices.
• Provide visibility of status, risks, priorities, and resources.
• Help prioritise work to align with business objectives.
• Contribute to the maturity of the EMEA PMO function.
• Deliver technology, operational, and transformation projects.
• Navigate changing priorities while maintaining momentum.
• Support organisational change and operating model transformation.
