When someone reaches out for support after experiencing crime, abuse or trauma, they shouldn't have to navigate a complex system to get the help they need.

Victim Support is looking for a full-time Partnership and Ecosystem Integration Lead to help strengthen collaboration across London's victim and witness support services.

This is more than a partnership role. It's an opportunity to help shape the future of victim support across London by creating stronger connections between services and improving outcomes for those who need support most.

We're looking for someone who brings energy, initiative and enthusiasm; someone who enjoys connecting people, creating momentum and turning ambition into action. Working across Victim Support services, commissioned partners and key stakeholders, you'll help build a more connected and responsive support system, ensuring victims and witnesses receive the right support, at the right time, regardless of where they first seek help.

Location: London, with hybrid working. You will be expected to attend a Victim Support London office at least two days per week, alongside regular travel across London to attend partnership meetings, events and stakeholder engagements.

About the Role

Sitting within the Safe Horizons London Partnership, you'll act as a key connector across Victim Support's London services and the wider victim and witness support ecosystem.

You'll build relationships, create opportunities for collaboration and help solve challenges that arise when victims require support from multiple services. Working closely with operational leaders, commissioners and partner organisations, you'll help identify what is working well, where barriers exist and how services can work more effectively together.

Your work will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong partnerships across Victim Support services and external organisations.
  • Strengthening referral pathways and improving the experience of victims moving between services.
  • Bringing people together to solve complex challenges and improve joined-up working.
  • Leading projects and initiatives that improve collaboration across the ecosystem.
  • Supporting the integration of new services and providers as the landscape evolves.
  • Facilitating partnership forums, workshops, communities of practice and learning events.
  • Using insight, feedback and data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Representing Victim Support in partnership meetings and stakeholder forums across London.
About You

We're looking for someone who sees opportunities where others see complexity.

You'll be naturally curious, highly proactive and comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy. You'll know how to build credibility quickly, bring people together around a shared purpose and turn ideas into action.

This role will suit someone who enjoys working across organisational boundaries, is confident navigating complex systems and can identify practical solutions that improve how services work together. You'll be motivated by making things better for victims and witnesses and will thrive in an environment where collaboration, initiative and influence are essential.

You'll bring:

  • Experience of developing and maintaining effective partnerships across organisations and sectors.
  • Experience leading or coordinating multi-agency projects, programmes or service improvement activity.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to work independently, take ownership and drive work forward with confidence.
  • A positive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to turn challenges into practical improvements.
  • Strong communication, facilitation and relationship management skills.
  • An understanding of victim services, criminal justice, safeguarding, health, local government or related sectors.
  • A commitment to trauma-informed, victim-centred and inclusive practice.

Knowledge of the London victim services landscape, referral pathways and MOPAC-commissioned services would be an advantage.

If you're at your best when building relationships, solving problems and bringing people together to deliver meaningful change, we'd love to hear from you.

Join Victim Support and help ensure victims and witnesses across London receive the connected, high-quality support they deserve.
