One Ten Associates in London seeks an experienced Operations Analyst to support a fast-paced fixed income and credit platform. The role offers hybrid work one day per week and broad exposure across trade reconciliations, settlements, and portfolio systems.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in operations or middle office within financial services, with robust Excel skills (VBA preferred) and a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years’ experience in operations, middle office, or related function within hedge fund, asset manager, proprietary trading firm, or investment bank.
• Strong understanding of fixed income, bonds, and IRS.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; VBA or other programming experience advantageous.
• Highly organized with ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a lean, high-performing team.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform T0 and T+1 trade, cash, and position reconciliations.
• Collaborate with prime brokers, fund administrators, and counterparties to resolve breaks and maintain efficient workflows.
• Manage corporate action elections and related processes.
• Support maintenance and enhancement of operational infrastructure and portfolio management systems.
• Monitor cash balances and margin requirements.
• Assist with daily P&L production and monthly NAV processes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure accurate processing of trading activity.
• Support FX hedging activities for share classes.
• Assist with treasury-related operations.
• Contribute to compliance, risk management, and process improvement initiatives.
