Nexter Ltd is recruiting a sharp Recruitment Consultant to own the London desk from our Birstall office. You will manage temp and permanent placements for nursery clients across London, with a fast-paced, high-activity desk and uncapped commission.

The role offers hybrid flexibility (up to 2 days work from home) and a modern office setup, including Zoho CRM and on-site parking. Strong phone presence and commercial focus are essential.

Formación

• 1+ year in recruitment or 360/ delivery roles.
• Confident, articulate on the phone with strong rapport.
• Commercially driven with daily targets and bonus.
• Able to prioritise urgent morning temp coverage while building permanent pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Temp desk fulfilment: manage morning ring-rounds and shift bookings for London desk.
• Permanent placements: service inbound vacancies (Room Leaders, Deputy Managers, Educators).
• Candidate sourcing & vetting: fast-track compliance via DBS, right to work, references, qualifications (via Zoho).
• Client engagement: outbound calls to nursery clients for rosters and new opportunities.
• High activity & pace: high-volume desk with commission-driven results.
