Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in multi-trader or property maintenance roles.
• Must have own tools and a reliable vehicle.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple jobs.
• Good communication with clients and office team.

Responsibilities

• Attend residential properties across London delivering maintenance, repair and improvement works.
• Diagnose faults and implement practical solutions.
• Complete works to a high standard while upholding health and safety.
• Provide clear updates to tenants, landlords and property managers.
