Job summary

Master Group in London is seeking a Multitrader to join a full-time, on-site team. You will carry out a wide range of maintenance tasks across residential and commercial properties, diagnosing issues and performing repairs with a focus on safety and quality.

You will use PropTech platforms and digital work-order systems to receive work orders, record materials, and communicate with the operations team, while maintaining professional interactions with clients and occupants.

Qualifications

• Strong practical skills across multiple trades including basic plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating, and minor electrical work.
• Experience using digital work-order systems, mobile apps or PropTech platforms to manage tasks and report maintenance activities.
• Relevant vocational qualifications or certifications are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues and perform routine and reactive repairs across residential and commercial properties.
• Complete tasks safely, on time, and to a high standard while using digital tools to update job statuses.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and liaise professionally with clients and occupants.
