We're looking for a Midweight 3D Motion Designer to join an ambitious creative studio bringing complex ideas to life through intelligent design. Working across next-generation products, technology and lifestyle, you'll help create beautifully crafted 3D animation that makes a lasting impression.

Bring conceptual ideas to life through 3D design development, animation and technical exploration, balancing creative thinking with precision and craft.

Collaborate with creative and production teams to deliver exceptional work, maintaining high standards from research and development through to final delivery.

Explore new creative approaches, share technical knowledge and help shape how AI tools are tested and integrated into studio workflows.

About You

You're a curious, collaborative designer who cares about the details and enjoys finding thoughtful solutions to creative challenges.

• - Confident using Cinema 4D, Redshift, Adobe Creative Suite and Google Workspace.
• - Familiarity with Houdini and Unreal Engine is a plus.
• - Open to experimenting with AI tools and documenting new processes.
• - A strong portfolio showcasing your craft, problem-solving and creative thinking.
