Job summary

Wheely in London seeks an analytical Marketplace Operations Lead to own the economic engine of the London business. You will balance supply and demand, optimize utilization and earnings for chauffeurs, and design pricing strategies to scale our luxury ride-hailing product.

You will work closely with Product, Data Science and Engineering to improve matching, dispatch logic and internal tooling, delivering high-impact operational changes across the marketplace.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced, highly analytical environment.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL is strictly required.
• Proven track record of moving from data-driven hypotheses to execution and operational implementation.

Responsibilities

• Own core marketplace metrics including health and liquidity, fulfillment rates, ETAs, chauffeur utilization and cancellations.
• Develop, test and optimize localized pricing structures and surge algorithms; manage chauffeur incentives.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science and Engineering to improve matching, dispatch logic and internal tooling.
