Wheely in London seeks a General Manager to own a business approaching $100M in annual gross bookings, leading 1,200 chauffeurs and four teams reporting to you. You’ll work directly with our CEO and executive team to drive a 24/7 operation that serves demanding customers and shapes the future of Wheely’s growth.

This role requires intensity, strong leadership, and a genuine passion for getting things right, with relocation sponsorship and a competitive salary package.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM or Economics.
• 7+ years total experience; 5+ years in investment banking or strategy consulting.
• Based in Central London.

Responsabilidades

• P&L responsibility for London.
• Pricing, availability and fleet composition for offline product.
• Lead Driver Operations, Quality & Training and Marketing.
• Drive performance and growth balancing supply and demand.
• Collaborate with central Product team on passenger and chauffeur experience.
• Navigate London licensing environment.
• External representation: press, partnerships and stakeholders.

About The Role

London is Wheely’s largest market and our strategic priority: we’re doubling down on it. As General Manager, you’ll own a business approaching $100M in annual gross bookings/revenue, with over 1,200 chauffeurs and four teams reporting to you. You’ll work directly with our CEO/Founder and executive team: close enough to move fast, with the backing to make decisions that matter. This is a 24/7 operation serving demanding customers. It requires intensity, commitment, and genuine passion for getting things right.

Responsibilities

• P&L responsibility for London


• The offline product: pricing, availability and fleet composition


• Lead Driver Operations, Quality & Training (our Chauffeur Academy) and Marketing teams


• Drive operational performance and business growth, ensuring the right balance of supply, demand and service quality


• Collaboration with central Product team on the passenger and chauffeur experience


• Regulatory strategy: navigating London’s complex licensing environment


• External representation: press, partnerships and key stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM or Economics from a leading university


• Minimum 7+ years of total experience, with 5+ years in investment banking, strategy consulting, or high‑growth tech


• Excellent leadership and team management skills


• Strong analytical / problem solving skills


• Based in Central London
