Key Responsibilities:

- Contribute to the delivery of technology transformation projects, ensuring business requirements are accurately captured and met.
- Support change management processes, helping to embed new systems and tools in day-to-day operations.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to manage expectations, gather feedback, and promote user adoption of new tools and practices.
- Collaborate with IT and project management teams to translate insurance-specific processes into technical specifications where necessary.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree (BSc.) in a relevant field.
- 2–3 years of experience in the London Market as either:
- A broker or underwriter OR
- A second-line support specialist for electronic placement platforms (e.g., PPL, Whitespace, LIMOSS).
- Strong understanding of insurance placement processes and market operations.
