Luna Partners in London is seeking an Operations Coordinator for a luxury private healthcare clinic. You will oversee daily office and clinical operations, including bookings, payments, and facilities coordination, delivering outstanding service.

Join a fast-paced team, working closely with Operations and Client Relations, to maintain high standards and smooth clinic operation. Competitive salary up to £40,000 plus excellent benefits.

• Administrative and operational office experience in a luxury environment such as hospitality, retail or private healthcare.

• Ability to juggle multiple tasks calmly and efficiently.

Mansioni

• Confirm client appointment details and share relevant information with clients.
• Ensure client records are accurate, complete, and updated in the system.
• Manage bookings and coordinate practitioner diaries to optimise clinic flow.
• Chase invoices and ensure timely payments; assist with basic clinic finances.
• Maintain stock levels, assist with health, safety and security procedures, and support facilities.
