Job summary

A fantastic opportunity for a circa 0-2 PQE Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join the civil litigation team of a highly regarded Central London law firm with a strong reputation for its commitment to social justice and high-quality legal work.

You will work alongside senior team members on a broad range of civil litigation matters, taking responsibility for your own files, with plenty of client contact and hands-on involvement in interesting and complex cases.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years’ PQE in general civil litigation.
• Experience with private, CFA and LEI funding arrangements.
• Experience in contentious probate, professional negligence and/or property disputes.
• Strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage your own civil litigation files.
• Provide client contact and hands-on involvement in complex cases.
• Assist with business development and marketing to build the team.
• Collaborate with the team on a broad range of civil matters.
• Develop advocacy and case management skills.
