Job summary

Jones Kemp in London seeks a Civil Litigation Solicitor or employed Barrister with 6+ PQE to join its Dispute Resolution team. You will handle high-value litigation and arbitration, including commercial disputes and cross-border matters.

The role requires strong CPR knowledge, CE-File experience, and the ability to supervise junior lawyers while progressing cases independently. You will be an excellent communicator and proactive problem-solver.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' PQE in disputes
• Experience advising on complex corporate, commercial and financial disputes
• Strong knowledge of CPR, Commercial Court Guide and CE-File
• Experience managing own caseload and supervising juniors

Our client a leading London disputes practice is seeking a Civil Litigation Solicitor or employed Barrister (6+ PQE) to join its growing Dispute Resolution team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-value litigation and arbitration matters, including commercial disputes, civil fraud, cross-border litigation, sanctions-related issues, and investigations.

The successful candidate will have:

• 6+ years' PQE gained within a leading City, international or specialist disputes practice
• Strong experience advising on complex corporate, commercial and financial disputes
• Excellent knowledge of the CPR, Commercial Court Guide and CE-File
• Experience managing their own caseload and supporting on larger matters
• The ability to supervise junior lawyers and progress cases independently
