Job summary

Sideinc is seeking an IT Systems Administrator in London to maintain corporate servers, network infrastructure and desktop systems across regional sites. You will support Active Directory, Windows, Mac and Linux servers, Office 365, Intune, and IT operations with a focus on ISO27001 and PCI-DSS compliance.

You will work in a global team, provide 24x7 on-call support, and help drive information security reporting and audits. Strong communication and self-motivation are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in QA/Technical Support/Contact Center environment. Active Directory and Office 365 experience required.
• Windows server administration with federation AD and Azure, DNS, DHCP, IIS, FTP, PKI.
• Experience with Cisco switches and security appliances; CCNA/MCSE preferred.
• Experience with Fortinet firewalls and configurations.
• 5 years’ experience with Windows, VMware, Mac and Linux servers.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP Networking and Cisco configuration.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 and PCI-DSS compliance processes.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Self-driven with ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor corporate computing environment including Active Directory, networks, and security appliances.
• Administer Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint and Skype for Business.
• Provide 24x7 support coverage for workstations and servers; participate in on-call rotation.
• Configure and troubleshoot network routing and redundancy in a multilayer network.
• Produce regular system usage and up-time reports.
