Figma in London seeks a Solutions Consultant to blend technical acumen with business context, guiding enterprise customers through demos, security reviews, and solution design. You will partner with Sales, Product, and Support to showcase value and drive technical discussions that help customers achieve their goals.

Qualifications

• 6+ years professional experience in a SaaS organization.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
• Excellent communication skills across audiences and strong presentation abilities.
• Front end development or developer lifecycle experience.

Responsibilities

• Paint the vision of the Figma Platform through demos and presentations.
• Support the Sales team by addressing platform questions and demonstrating value.
• Own the customer IT and Security relationship during deal cycles (security questionnaires, RFIs, RFPs).
• Collaborate with Product and Support to identify security enhancements and influence the roadmap.
• Design and scale technical sales efforts, facilitating conversations between customers, sales and product teams.
• Create content to delight customers and internal partners around the Figma platform.
• Collaborate with Figmates to develop skills and operate with autonomy.
