Job summary

trg. is seeking a Head of Engineering to lead a small team of founding engineers in London. You will own the technical vision, drive the product roadmap, and work directly with customers and commercial stakeholders to shape the platform.

You will guide architecture across a cloud-based platform and AI infrastructure, ensuring reliability, observability, and robust DevOps/CI/CD, while addressing security requirements for an enterprise-ready SaaS product.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading engineers in a startup
• Experience as founding CTO or early engineering leader
• Experience with AI-assisted developer tools
• Experience with enterprise B2B SaaS security (SSO, client security requirements)
• Strong DevOps/CI/CD background with reliability
• Ability to liaise with business stakeholders
