• Strong desire to learn, curious mindset, integrity, ability to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, quick learning, urgency, effective communication.
• Ability to work independently while building relationships across business groups.
• Strong Excel, comfortable with large structured data sets.
• Foundational knowledge of SQL, Python or similar data tools; willing to deepen on the job.
• Ability to use AI-enabled tools to accelerate analysis, draft queries, summarize information, identify workflow improvements.
• Sound judgment validating AI outputs, protect confidential information, document assumptions, escalate uncertainty.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, investigate data discrepancies and reconcile information.
• Interest in automation and using technology to reduce manual effort and risk.
• Work authorisation in the United Kingdom without sponsorship; interest in trading/tech; London-based; in-person role.
