DRW is seeking a Quantitative Trading Analyst Intern in London to gain exposure to trading and technology through project‑based assignments. You will work with a small team to combine technology, research and risk management to identify strategies within regulatory guidelines.

During the 10 weeks you will present results to senior leadership and participate in social events while housing is provided near the office. This role emphasizes real‑world learning and a professional mentorship program.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s, master’s or PhD in mathematics, economics, physics, statistics, computer science or any engineering related field with an expected graduation between December 2027 and August 2028.
• Advanced quantitative, analytical and problem‑solving skills applicable under time‑sensitive conditions.
• Proficient programming in Python.
• Self‑motivated with a appetite for challenges and responsibility in a fast‑paced environment.
• A passion for financial markets and a curiosity for new methodologies.
• Strong communication skills to advocate ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior traders, technologists and researchers by developing and improving trading strategies on the trading desk.
• Research market data and apply analytic tools to support trading decisions.
• Work on projects ranging from macro data curation to ML applications on tick data for automated trading.
• Take on responsibilities such as position tracking, risk calculation, and analyzing key theoretical values.
